Open Your World

You have built something. A young man needs to see what that looks like up close. Not a donation — an investment of access, time, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from doing the thing.

  • Podcast guest — tell your story
  • Job shadow or site visit
  • Ongoing mentorship match
  • Speaking to young men in the curriculum
Why This Matters

The vision behind
the ask.

A place to belong
The dream is a warehouse where young men can come, be known, try things, fail, build businesses, make music, and belong before they've earned anything.
A book that makes the case
A book for church leaders and pastors laying out the crisis, the theological foundation, and the practical framework for discipling this generation.
A podcast that opens doors
Bridge guests who carry cultural credibility. Anchor episodes that root every conversation in truth. A front door for young men who would never walk into a church first.
A curriculum that goes long
Not a six-week series. A formation pipeline for the local church that takes seriously what it actually costs to disciple a young man over time.

Where It Goes

Nothing to hide.
Here is the math.

Firm Foundation Co. is currently operating as a personal mission — not yet a nonprofit. That means financial support goes directly to Raph to fund the work. That is the honest reality and we are not apologizing for it. Here is exactly where every dollar is going.

  • Curriculum Development
    45%
  • Podcast Production
    25%
  • Website & Tools
    15%
  • Events & Travel
    10%
  • Reserve / Future Build
    5%
This is not a nonprofit yet. Contributions are not tax-deductible at this stage. We are building toward that structure. Right now we are prioritizing speed and honesty over infrastructure. A formal entity is coming. In the meantime you have our word — and a public record of how this is being built.
Support the Mission
Give what you can.
It all moves the ball.
No pressure. No pledge drives. If you believe in what is being built here and want to put something behind it — this is how. Every dollar goes directly into building the curriculum, the podcast, and the infrastructure to get this into churches.

Talk to Us Directly
For Business Leaders

You built something.
Let a young man see it.

Most men's ministry programs talk about vocation in the abstract. We want young men to stand inside it. Whether you own a vet clinic, run a construction company, lead a nonprofit, or manage a team — there is a young man who needs to see what faithfulness in your field actually looks like.

This is not a donation ask. This is an access ask. Your time, your story, your world — those are the resources we are after.

What this could look like
A podcast conversation about how faith shaped the way you build. A Saturday morning job shadow for three young men. A recurring mentorship match with someone going into your field. A talk at a curriculum session on calling and work. It does not have to be all of them. One is enough to start.

We read every submission and follow up personally. This is not a CRM. It is a conversation.

Reach Out

Let's talk
about what's next.

Every partnership starts with a conversation. Tell us who you are and what you are interested in and we will get back to you personally.

"No one knows the name of the person who gave Billy Graham his first Bible."
You do not have to be famous for this to matter.

We read every message and respond personally.

The Long View
"To see a generation of men rise: anchored in faith, renewed in mind, disciplined in body, and unleashed on mission. Not because they had it all — but because they chose to build anyway."
— Firm Foundation Co. Vision

In 100 years most organizations will not exist. The local church will. We are building something meant to serve it for a long time.
